The Con Club first started serving its members in 1910. Over 100 years later we are still a much-loved and supported Southwold institution... and we're looking forward to the next 100 years!

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is granted after an applicant has been proposed and seconded by two current club members,
and the Committee have approved the application.
HOW TO APPLY
Membership applications are accepted throughout the year, through the following process:

Fill in an application form (download here*)

Post or hand in at the Club together with a subscription fee of £25.05 (cheques made payable to Southwold Constitutional Club)

Your application will be taken to a monthly Committee meeting and you will be contacted by the Secretary shortly afterwards.

CLUB CONSTITUTION
When accepting membership to the Club, members agree to abide by the Club Constitution.

The Committee is currently reviewing the constitution which will be made available to download here as soon as possible... watch this space!
RENEWALS
Membership of the Club is renewed on an annual basis through the submission of a subscription fee.
A Membership year runs from 1st August to the 31st July. All subscriptions for the upcoming year must be with the Secretary by 31st August.

THE COMMITTEE
OUR ROLE
The Committee are elected through an AGM to run the Club and serve its members. We constantly strive to engage with our members to ensure we provide a friendly and informal place to meet, and make friends.
We encourage our members to shape our events calendar through suggestions and feedback.
